Forest Service Road %3AFSR%3A 3079 Smith Flats Road in Rockbridge County will be closed temporarily for road repair and maintenance from Monday, April 1 to Friday, April 5. Vehicular access to Moore’s Creek State Forest and USFS lands will be restricted at the intersection of FSR 3079 and State Route %3ASR%3A 612 Bluegrass Trail.
